ORDER

The present application has been filed to bring the legal representatives of the deceased Sivakumar i.e., the proposed parties 8 to 10/ viz1. S.Shanthi, wife of Late Sivakumar, Hindu aged 48 years 2.S.Harini (Minor) daughter of Late Sivakumar, Hindu aged 14 years and 3.S.Karthishwar (Minor) Son of Late Sivakumar, Hindu aged 7 years 2 and 3 are minor, represented by their, mother and natural guardian, S.Shanthi, all residing at No.9/4, Veerapandia Nagar, 3rd Street, Choolaimedu, Chennai 600 094 as respondents 9 to 11 in the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

above O.P.No.734 of 2022.

Mr.Priscilla Pandian, learned counsel who had entered appearance on behalf of the respondents 1 to 5 had filed Vakalath on behalf of the proposed respondents who are the legal heirs of the deceased first respondent. The legal heir certificate produced also indicates that the proposed respondents are the legal heirs of the deceased first respondent. 3.Hence, the present application stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to make necessary amendments to the cause title within a period of one week.
