The criminal appeal, Crl.A.No.419 of 2017, has been preferred by accused 1 to 3 in C.C.No.39 of 2013 on the file of the learned Special Judge for TNPID Act cases, Coimbatore District.
2. Initially, an appeal was preferred through Mr.P.Saravanan, learned counsel. The third petitioner/accused Ganesan, who was confined in Central Prison, Coimbatore has taken out this application to revoke the vakalatnama, which is in favour of his erstwhile counsel and permit him to be represented by the learned counsel by name Mr.K.Santhana Raja. He also stated that, since his erstwhile counsel has not given consent for the change of counsel, his affidavit can be taken for consideration and his new counsel Mr.K.Santhana Raja may be permitted to represent the appeal.
