Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to impugned order vide No.381/PSSC/Estt./2013/069 dated 02.09.2013 passed by the 2nd respondent and quash the same as highly illegal unlawful, arbitrary, Non Speaking Order and voilative of Sub-Rule (5) (a) and (7) of Rule 10 of Central Civil Services Rule and violative of Fundamental Rule 53 (1) (ii) for non payment of subsistence allowance and consequently direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner into service with continuity of service and full back wages and direct them to pay all other monetary and non monetary benefits to petitioner.
