2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has approached the respondents for settlement by filing an One Time Settlement proposal and the same is accepted.
3. Leaned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition.
4. The writ petition, as such, stands dismissed as withdrawn. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.8275 of 2023 is closed.
