Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner representation dated 03.03.2023 and forbearing the first respondent to taking possession of the secured assets as per the order dated 05.02.2020 in Crl.M.P.No.1144 of 2020 on the file of CJM, Chengalpattu for a period of 90 days and thereby enabling the petitioner to work out OTS application dated 16.02.2023 pending on the file of the first respondent.

ORDER

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has approached the respondents for settlement by filing an One Time Settlement proposal and the same is accepted.

3. Leaned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition.

4. The writ petition, as such, stands dismissed as withdrawn. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.8275 of 2023 is closed.
