This Original petition coming on this day before this Court for hearing, in the presence of Mr.Satish Parasaran, Advocate for the petitioner herein, and upon reading the petition and the affidavit of S.P. Surendranath Karthik, filed herein,

The court made the following order:- Admit.

Notice to the respondent in each petition returnable in six weeks. Private notice is also permitted.

The petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees one thousand only) towards initial expenses under Clause 12 of the Appointment of Arbitrators by the Chief Justice of Madras High Court Scheme, 1996, within a period of two weeks from today.

The respondent in each petition shall file reply within three weeks of service of notice. Rejoinder if any be filed within a week thereafter.

A copy of this order shall accompany notice.
