ORDER

The grievance of the petitioner in this case is that non disposal of his revision petition filed before the first respondent. According to the petitioner though he had filed a revision under Section 153 of the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act, 1983 before the first respondent but the same has not been disposed of and as such he has come to this Court seeking a direction to dispose of his representation on merit.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents submits that since the petitioner has not filed the revision petition in proper format, the same has not been taken up but if he files a revision in proper format the same shall be considered and disposed of within the time to be stipulated by this Court.

3. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court disposes of this writ petition with the direction to the petitioner to submit the revision petition in proper format within a period of two weeks hence and on filing of such revision petition, the first respondent shall consider and dispose of the same on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

merit within a period of six weeks on receipt of such petition. It is made clear that since the petitioner has applied in time for revision though not in proper format, the same shall not be rejected on the ground of limitation.
