Respondents ----- Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the order dated 26.11.2014 passed by the second respondent and quash the same and consequently, direct the second respondent to determine the fee chargeable by the petitioner school after taking into consideration the increase in Dearness Allowance as provided by the petitioner School. -----

(Made by Huluvadi G.Ramesh,J) The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the order dated 26.11.2014 passed by the second respondent and quash the same and consequently, direct the second respondent to determine the fee chargeable by the petitioner school after taking into consideration the increase in Dearness Allowance as provided by the petitioner School.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer related to the academic year 2015-2016 and since the academic year 2015-16 is over, the prayer has become infructuous.
3. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, MP No.1 of 2015 is also dismissed.
