JUDGMENT

2. We have gone through the impugned judgment, which was filed against a simple order of transfer which is recorded in the impugned judgment to be on administrative grounds.

3. The impugned judgment further records that the appellant was facing some problem on the domestic front and therefore, the appellant can join at the transferred place and make a representation for any accommodation.

4. We find this observation to be sufficiently dealing with the grievance of the appellant and for such a simple matter, we find no reason to adjourn the appeal as prayed for. The appeal is, accordingly, consigned to records. No costs.
