ORDER

This Court, by an order dated 09.10.2020 in W.P.No.14235 of 2020 directed the respondent /Special Tahsildar to conduct enquiry and pass final orders in accordance with law within a period of six weeks. Alleging that the order has not been complied with, the present Contempt Petition has

been filed.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that pursuant to the order passed by this Court, the Tahsildar passed an order vide his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.64/A1/2020, dated 29.06.2021 refusing to grant patta,, He has also produced a copy of the order before this Court.

3. Considering the fact that since, the respondent/Tahsildar has passed an order on 29.06.2021 pursuant to the order passed by this Court, there is no willful default on the part of the respondent in complying with the same and hence, this contempt petition is closed, as no further adjudication is required in this petition. However, if the petitioner has any grievance over the same, he is at liberty to challenge the same in the manner known to law.
