This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.17701 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.16932 of 2023 dated 08.11.2023.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the case has also been committed to the Court of Sessions and taken up in S.C.No.318 of 2023, pending trial on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Coimbatore.

3. Considering the above submission, the condition imposed against the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Principal District Judge, Coimbatore, in connection with S.C.No.318 of 2023, on the dates fixed by the learned trial Judge.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
