ORDER

The applicant is running a restaurant under the name and style of TANDOOR BY MARHABA at Unit No. FC KIT-6, Food Court, Third Floor, Nexus Vijaya Mall, Vadapalani, Chennai 26. The applicant has filed affidavit dated 30.04.2026 undertaking as under:

"7. In consideration of the said extension and as part of the mutual settlement, I hereby solemnly undertake on behalf of the Petitioner that the Petitioner shall peacefully vacate and hand over vacant possession of the schedule premises to the Respondent upon expiry of the said period of 11 months, i.e., on 20.01.2027, without any demur, protest or claim of any nature whatsoever."

2. By recording the undertaking that the applicant shall vacate and handover possession of the above described premises to the respondent on 20.01.2027 without any demur, protest or claim of any nature whatsoever, this application is disposed of.
