ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has already joined another college and is currently studying in the third year, and therefore, the relief sought for in the present petition has become infructuous. Hence, nothing further survives for adjudication in this writ petition. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement in this petition to that effect.

2. Recording the same, the present writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
