Crl.MP.No.4245 of 2023 in Crl.RC.No.268 of 2023 V.SIVAGNANAM.J., This petition has been filed to amend the date of the detention order as 31.01.2023 instead of 19.10.2022 and the authority, who passed the detention order i.e., '' the Executive Magistrate cum Deputy Commissioner of Police, North, Coimbatore City'' instead of ''the Executive Magistrate cum Assistant Commissioner of Police, north, Coimbatore City'' in the order dated 15.02.2023 passed in Crl.MP.No.2158 of 2023.

2.Heard the leaned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 3.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and also being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed.

4.Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the order dated 15.02.2023 passed in Crl.MP.No.2158 of 2023 and issue fresh order copy. 27.03.2023 dn Note: Issue on 27.03.2023.
