S.Thirupuram Ammal v. Kamatchi

C.M.P.No. 6396 of 2019 in CRP.No.451 of 2006 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY. J., This petition is filed by the petitioners to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the third respondent in C.R.P.No.451 of 2006.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that he has no objection in allowing the present petition.

3. Considering the submission made by both sides counsel and having regard to the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the petition the present petition is allowed.
