These petitions have been filed (i) to condone the delay of 3371 days in filing the petition (ii) to set aside the order of abatement against the deceased 4th respondent and (iii) to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased 4th respondent as respondents 5 to 8.

2. Ms.Chithra Maragadham, represents Mr.T.R.Rajaraman and she entered appearance for the legal representatives of the deceased 4th respondent.

3. I am satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the above petitions, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered.

4. Office is directed to carry out the necessary amendment and post the matter on 22.03.2024.
