O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the Respondent to register a case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner on 07.12.2021 to the respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (crl. side) would submit that based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 07.12.2021 enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.379 of 2021 and the same has been closed on the point of jurisdiction.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he has not been served with the closure report yet.

4. In view of the above, direction is issued to the respondent to furnish the copy of the closure report to the petitioner. On receipt of the same, the Petitioner is at liberty to challenge the closure report by filing appropriate protest petition before the jurisdictional Court as per the mandate of Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of "Union Public Service Commission Vs. S.Papaiah and others" reported in (1997) https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
