This Application has been filed by the applicant/2nd defendant praying to permit them to be represented by their Power Agent Mr.Devdatta, Son of Mr.Bhaujangrao Todewale to appear and contest on their behalf in the above suit in C.S.No.238 of 2017.

2. Learned counsel Mr. Arun C.Mohan appearing for the respondent/plaintiff would submit that he has no objection for the applicant to appoint a Power Agent and contest the suit on their behalf.
