O R D E R

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court by an order dated 10.01.2020 in Crl.M.P.No.310 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.28640 of 2019.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
