This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the 1 st respondent to deal with the appeal filed on 13.04.2023 against the order passed by the 2 nd respondent dated 17.03.2023 and dispose of the same within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2.Heard Mr.P.Jagadeesan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.S.Jeyachandran, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3/5 3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the 1 st respondent to deal with the appeal filed by the petitioner on 13.04.2023 on its own merits and in accordance with law and pass orders, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions.
