Common Prayer:- Contempt petitions have been filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, praying to punish the respondent for his act of committing Contempt of Court by disobeying the order of this Court dated 23.09.2021 made in W.P.Nos.31077, 31078 & 31079 of 2018 respectively.

COMMON ORDER These Contempt Petitions have been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 23.09.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.31077, 31078 & 31079 of 2018 respectively, thereby directing the respondent to consider the petitioners' request for regularization of their respective land for release from Urban Land Ceiling, in view of G.O.Ms.No.565, dated 26.09.2008.

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent produced the orders passed by the respondent in G.O.(Ms)No.213 Revenue and Disaster Management [ULC-I(2)] Department dated 12.05.2022 and G.O.(Ms) No.266 Revenue and Disaster Management [ULC-I(2)] Department, dated 15.06.2022 and submitted that the respondent complied the direction issued by this Court.

Recording the said submission, all the Contempt Petition are closed.
