ORDER

Seeking to punish the respondents for not complying with the order dated 17.03.2017 passed by this Court in W.P.No.22848 of 2015, the petitioner has come up with this contempt petition.

2. Today when this contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has produced the order of the District Educational Officer, Tirupur District, in Na.Ka.No.8417/A2/2015, dated 02.03.2018. According to her, as per the said proceedings of the District Educational Officer, the order of this Court has been complied with.

3. Placing on record the above said proceedings in Na.Ka.No.8417/A2/2015, dated 02.03.2018 , this Contempt Petition is closed.
