The Writ Petition is filed challenging the order dated 02.03.2022 in File No. M 7/13/2022 B3.

2.In and by which while directing the parties to attend further sessions for conciliation, the conciliation officer also passed an order of status-quo. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that subsequently the conciliation is over and failure report has already been submitted.

3.In view there of, he would submit that nothing further remains to be adjudicated and since, the conciliation itself is over and the failure report is sent, the Writ Petition stands disposed of having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 08.11.2024 ep 3/5
