This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 23.03.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.4096 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.24954 of 2022 to report before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioner is totally relaxed.

However, the petitioner shall appear during the Court hearing dates.
