ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.] Petitioner, who is the father-in-law of detenue viz., G.Farzhana, Daughter of H.Kapoor, seeks production of his daughter-in-law.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents 1 and 2 and learned counsel for detenue.

3. The detenue has been produced by second respondent. Learned counsel for petitioner submitted that the husband of the detenue is also present.

4. In interacting with the detenue, we find that she is in much fear of going either to the matrimonial or paternal home. She informs that presently she is staying at a hostel and wishes to continue to do so and she will eke out her own livelihood.

5. In the circumstance, this Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed. It is for the parties to workout their remedies in accordence with law before appropriate forums.
