Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.PARTHIBAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.5659 of 2021 dated 17.04.2021 to execute the sureties before the concerned Court.

2. Heard both sides.
