ORDER
The order dated 12.01.2016 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Coimbatore, in M.C.No.117 of 2009, fixing the monthly maintenance at Rs.4,000/- in favour of the first respondent/ wife and Rs.4,000/- each to the respondents 2 and 3/ children, is under challenge, at the instance of the petitioner / husband, by way of the present Criminal Revision Case.
2.On 01.04.2016, this Court, while admitting this Criminal Revision, has granted an order of interim order on condition that the petitioner shall deposit Rs.3,00,000/- to the credit of M.C.No.117 of 2009 before the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Coimbatore within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order; and the petitioner was further directed to deposit Rs.8,000/- every month on before 10th. It is reported that the petitioner/husband has complied with the said https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel on either side, after making some arguments, submitted that the petitioner is agreed to pay a total sum of Rs.12,000/- towards monthly maintenance to the respondents, from the month of March 2020 onwards, which the respondent agrees. 4.In view of the aforesaid submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Criminal Revision Case stands disposed of, directing the petitioner to pay a total sum of Rs.12,000/- towards monthly maintenance to the respondents on or before 5th of every succeeding English calender month, commencing from the month 2020 onwards. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
