ORDER

This application has been filed to appoint M/s.Ramesh Subramanian and Co, Chartered Accountants, to audit the accounts of Pachaiyappas Charities (21 Accounts) for the financial years 2025-2026 and 2026-2027 at the remuneration of Rs.31,500/- per year 1/3

2.In the affidavit filed in support of the Judge's summons, it had been stated that the applicant/Trust is being managed and administered as per the Scheme Decree and as per clause 8 of the Scheme Decree, this application has been filed seeking permission of this Court to appoint M/s.Ramesh Subramanian and Co, Chartered Accountants, to audit the accounts of Pachaiyappas Charities (21 Accounts) for the financial years 2025-2026 and 2026-2027 at the remuneration of Rs.31,500/- per year.
