ORDER

This petition is filed seeking to complete the case in C.C.No.45 of 2015 pending on the file of the learned Principal Special Judge for NDPS and EC Act Cases, Chennai.

2. While the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the present case is in the argument stage, the learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the cross examination of a witness is due, pursuant to the order passed under Section 311 of Cr.P.C.

3.In view of the limited prayer sought for in this petition and taking into account the stage of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Principal Special Judge for NDPS and EC Act, Chennai to expedite the trial and complete the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of the order. With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
