Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 439 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the 1 to 3rd respondents to provide necessary police protection to the petitioner along with his wife against the 4 to 7th respondents based on his representation dated 15.02.2020.

ORDER
The Criminal Original Petition has been filed for direction directing the 1 to 3rd respondents to provide necessary police protection to the petitioner along with his wife against the 4 to 7th respondents based on his representation dated 15.02.2020. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the complaints lodged by the petitioner and the counter party, investigation is pending on the file of the Ponnur Police Station.
3.Considering the above submission, the Inspector of Police, Ponnur Police Station, is directed to complete the investigation on the complaints lodged by the petitioner and the counter party, after issuing notice to them and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
