This Application has been filed by the applicant/defendant praying to condone the delay of 101 days in filing the written statement in T.O.S.No.14 of 2024.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that he has no serious objection to this application being allowed.

3. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application and also, considering the no objection expressed from the side of the respondents, delay is condoned and this Application is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to take the written statement filed by the applicant/defendant on record and list the T.O.S.No.14 of 2024 after two weeks for framing issues. The learned counsel on either side are directed to file their respective Draft Issues by then.
