(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.V.Ramana Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Kamalesh Kannan, learned Government Advocate, for respondent no.1, Dr.C.Ravichandran, learned Standing Counsel for respondent nos.2 to 5 and Mr.G.Dakshinamurthy, learned counsel for respondent nos.6 and 7.
2.The petitioner is seeking direction to the first respondent to pass final orders in Appeal No.1728/UD/18 pending before the first respondent. The said appeal has been preferred by respondent nos.6 and 7.
3.The learned counsel for respondent nos.6 and 7 has stated that the said appeal has been disposed of by order dated 29.03.2019. He has handed over a copy of the said order, which is taken on record.
