This petition is filed for a direction to the 1st respondent to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 15.05.2014.

It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner appeared before the Police and given a statement that she is living with her husband; therefore, no action need be taken on the complaint given by her. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor also produced a copy of the statement made by the petitioner.
