These Contempt Petitions have been filed by the petitioners, against the respondents for non-compliance of the common order dated 06.03.2014 passed in W.P.Nos. 4800 & 18106 of 2010 and 19297 of 2008.

2. When the matter was taken up, Mr. P. Paramasivadoss, learned standing Counsel appearing for the respondents Corporation made a statement that the common

order passed in all the writ petitions has been duly complied with. He has also stated that for the petitioner M. Chinnasamy in W.P. No. 19297/2008, the respondents had already paid the amount and the same also has been credited in the petitioner's account. In respect of the other two Writ Petitioners in W.P.Nos.4800/2010 and 18106/2010, the amount has been deposited in the Banks on 31.03.2015 and the same would soon be credited. He further submitted that due to the closure of Banks and the intervening holidays from 31.03.2015, the petitioners may be able to realise the amount, only on the next working day.

3. Recording the statement of learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Corporation, all the three Contempt Petitions are closed.
