This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order dated 28.04.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.9951 of 2023 in Crl.M.P.No.6225 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.6790 of 2023 to report before the respondent police on 1st working day of every alternative months commencing from August at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioners is totally relaxed.

However, the petitioners shall appear during the Court hearing dates.
