Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to order dated 02.03.2021 issued by the 1st respondent, the Superintending Engineer, in proceedings No.Lr.No.189/SE/KEDC/Kgiri/AEE/ Dev/AE.1/F.New HT (Sai Krishna)/21 and quash the same and thereby consequently direct the respondents to effect of supply of High Tension Service 6000 KVA at 33 KV level vide on the application No.08909421210619122497 at the end of September 2021 till then, not to demand the monthly minimum charges and cost of meter from the petitioner so as to enable the company to remit Electricity Bill without any interruption considering the prevailing situation in our country due to pandemic Covid-19. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
