This petition has been filed to stay of all further proceedings of Judgment and Decree in A.S.No.28 of 2018 dated 24.02.2021 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Kallakurichi and revising the judgment and decree of the Principal District Munsif Judge, Sangarapuram in O.S.No.51 of 2012 dated 07.03.2018.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Miscellaneous Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
