This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 24.07.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.9952 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.6790 of 2023 to report before the respondent police once in a month at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioner is totally relaxed.

However, the petitioner shall appear during the Court hearing dates.
