JUDGMENT

It is seen from the records that the sole appellant had passed away and steps have not been taken for years on end.

2. The learned counsel for the appellant states that she had issued a letter to her client seeking for instructions to take steps, but till date, she had not received any response.

3.The appeal has abated as early as in 2022 when the appellant had passed away and no steps have been taken. 4.Recording the same, the Appeal is dismissed as abated No costs.
