The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent herein to dispose of his representation dated 26.12.2016, wherein, the petitioner has made a complaint against the fifth respondent for having three https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

bore wells fitted with compressor motor pump which will have directly affect his bore well.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is not able to place before this Court any provision stating that the owner of the bore well should not use more than one bore well.
