The Criminal Revision Case is filed to set aside the order passed by the District and Sessions Court No.II, Kanchipuram in C.A.No.47 of 2014 dated 29.02.2016 by confirming the judgment passed in S.T.C.No.515/2013 dated 20.11.2014 on the file of the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumbudur. 2.

When the matter is called today, it is represented by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the learned Counsel on either side that the petitioner passed away on 05.05.2018 whereas the respondent on 09.02.2017 and an endorsement to that effect was also made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the Revision Case.
