This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.5(b) imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 08.02.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.2622 of 2024 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police weekly once i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
