[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] The petitioner gave a representation dated 03.11.2020 to the respondents seeking ordinary leave under the Tamil Nadu Suspension of Sentence Rules, 1982, for her husband viz., Abdul https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

After giving the said representation, the petitioner has filed the present petition, seeking a direction to the respondents to grant ordinary leave to her husband.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, the representation given by the petitioner has been considered by the authorities and the same has been rejected by the 3rd respondent vide proceedings No.2144/21 dated 24.03.2021 and a copy of the same has also has been served on the prisoner in person.

Recording the same, this Writ Petition stands closed, with liberty to the petitioner to workout her remedy in the manner known to law. Further, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is directed to serve a photocopy of the rejection order on the learned counsel for the petitioner. No costs.
