This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw the case in S.M.O.P.No.755 of 2023 pending on the file of the Subordinate Court at Alandur and transfer the same to the file of the 1/4

Principal Judge, Family Court at Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. The records would show that S.M.O.P.No.755 of 2023 was originally filed on the file of the District Court-II, Kancheepuram. The respondent herein had filed Tr.C.M.P.No.947 of 2023 on the file of this Court and this Court, by order dated 06.10.2023, was pleased to transfer the same, as the maintenance case in M.C.No.44 of 2023 is pending on the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Alandur. After the orders of this Court, the said S.M.O.P.No.755 of 2023 was transferred from the file of the District Court-II, Kancheepuram to the file of the Sub Court, Alandur and renumbered as S.M.O.P.No.32 of 2022. By filing this Tr.C.M.P, the petitioner is attempting to review the earlier order of this Court, 2/4
