.. Respondents Prayer: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a writ of mandamus, to direct the first respondent to dispose of the representation dated 11.04.2015.

By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 2.The petitioner claims to be the physically challenged person having disability of 95% and according to him, he is running a Bunk shop near metro water gate by the side of Koyambedu Moffusil (CMBT) Bus stop. For getting licence to run the said shop, he has submitted an application on 11.04.2015 to the first respondent. Since, he has not been favoured with any response, came forward to file this writ petition.

3. Heard the submissions of Mr.T.Sivagnanasambandan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.V.Selvakumar, learned standing counsel, who accepts notice for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.M.Digvijayapandian, learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for the second respondent.

4. Taking into consideration the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner and without going into the merits of the application, this Court, directs the 2nd respondent to consider the application dated 11.04.2015 submitted by the petitioner, on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders as expeditiously as possible and not later than eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and inform the decision taken, to the petitioner.
