This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he has report before the respondent police station, every day at 10.30 a..m. until further orders, imposed by this Honorable court Crl.OP.No.812 of 2025 by order dated 28.01.2025.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
