.. Respondent This Contempt Petition is preferred under Sections 10 and 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to punish the respondent for willfully and wantonly disobeying the order of this Court, dated 18.3.2011, made in W.P.No.6916 of 2011.

ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, as well as the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent.

At this stage of the hearing of the contempt petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent had https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ submitted that the order passed by this Court, on 18.3.2011, in W.P.No.6916 of 2011, had been complied with. He had also placed

before this Court the proceedings of the respondent, dated 2.9.2016, in support of his submission. A copy of the said order, dated 2.9.2016, had been furnished to the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner.

In such circumstances, this Court finds that no further orders are necessary in the present contempt petition. Hence, this contempt petition stands closed. However, it goes without saying that it may be open to the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the respondent, dated 2.9.2016, before the appropriate forum, in the manner known to law, if so advised. No costs.
