This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 3rd respondent herein to release the sale deed dated 25.10.2021 bearing Document No.3380/2021 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

executed in favour of the petitioner within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents on instructions submitted that the document will be released in favour of the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. In view of the above submissions no further adjudication is necessary. Hence, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
