This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 9 days in filling this Criminal Appeal challenging the order dated 27.11.2024 passed in C.C No.1163 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court at Magisterial Level-II, Coimbatore.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 9 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
