O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J) Petitioner is the wife of the detenu, Ilaiya @ Ilaiyaraja S/o.Arokiyasamy, who has been branded as 'Goonda' under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 and detained under orders of second respondent passed in No.553/BCDFGISSSV/2018 dated 19.07.2018. Such order is under challenge herein.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, would submit that the detention order passed against the husband of petitioner in No.553/BCDFGISSSV/2018 dated 19.07.2018 on the file of the second respondent is revoked vide G.O.Rt.No.4169, Home, Prohibition and Excise (X) Department, dated 28.09.2018 and produced a copy of the said order. In view of the above, this petition is closed as it has become infructuous.
