This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.18216 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.26000 of 2024 dated 10.01.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10:30 a.m., for a period of one week and thereafter on every Saturday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Page No.1 of 2

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, one of the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.18216 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.26000 of 2024 dated 10.01.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10:30 a.m., for a period of one week and thereafter on every Saturday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall appear as and when required.

4. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 17.03.2025 vca To The Inspector Of Police Chrompet Police Station, Chennai.
